                   Trash Signup for 2010

Sign up is REQUIRED to continue or begin trash service. No payment is due.

If you need the service please notify June at the LCPOA Office

There is no need to reply if you will not be using the benefit.

You can fax, email, call, or drop by (there is an after hours mail slot).

The sign-up form is available on the LCPOA website

http://www.lakecolumbia.net/form-trashsignup.htm

Trash service is a member benefit that is included in your membership dues (dues are payable by April 1 of each year). The trash program begins January 1st. Your 2009 member dues must be current as of January 1, 2010 to receive this member service.

Your trash service benefit is tailored to your specific needs. Choose the plan that best fits your needs. It is important you only sign up for the months you would actually use.

For example, if you sign up for 12 months and only use the service for 6 months then the association pays for 12 months instead of the actual 6 months of use. Rather than give unearned money to Northwest, that money could be better used for fun things like the 4th of July fireworks.

Yearly Plan                 1/1/10 thru 12/31/10

Summer Plan             5/1/10 thru 10/31/10

You can also request a “Customized Plan”
